What to include in your email
- The email address of your Lisenzo account.
- The license or product name, for example cPanel, LiteSpeed or CloudLinux.
- The public IPv4 address of the server, so we can find the license quickly.
- For a wallet payment, the payment reference or the time you paid (IST).
Before you write
Most answers are already in your dashboard. Install, enable and update commands are shown on each license page, and you can change the server IP or renew a license yourself. Licenses are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once issued, so please read the refund policy before you ask about money.
