This policy explains how Lisenzo collects and uses personal data when you visit the site, create an account, buy a hosting license, or email support.
Data we collect
- Account: email, name, company name, password hash, role, and wallet balance
- Licenses: product, server IP, hostname, status, expiry, and EasyConfig license id
- Billing: deposit and purchase amounts, gateway name, transaction status, invoices
- Support: ticket text you send us
- Technical: IP address used to log in, browser user agent, and basic security logs
How we use data
We use this data to create licenses, debit and credit your wallet, prevent fraud, send service messages, and improve the product. We do not sell your email list. We share IP and license ids with the upstream licensing API (EasyConfig) so the license can be issued on your server.
Payments
Card, UPI, PayPal, or crypto checkout is processed by the gateway you choose (for example Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). Lisenzo does not store full card numbers or CVV. Gateways have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and local storage
We store a session token in your browser so you stay signed in. We may store theme preference (light or dark). We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
Account, license, and invoice records are kept while the account is open and as required for tax, dispute, and fraud records after closure.
Your requests
Email admin@lisenzo.com to ask for a copy of your account data or to close the account. License history tied to issued IPs may be retained as described above. Also see terms and refund policy.
