Refund policy — no refunds

All sales are final. Lisenzo sells digital, IP-based software licenses that are provisioned immediately after a successful payment. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or cancellations with money-back once a license is issued or a wallet deposit is marked completed.

What is not refundable

• Any license order (cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360, Plesk, JetBackup, Softaculous, Virtualizor, or others)
• Wallet top-ups after the payment gateway confirms success
• Renewals, IP changes, or unused days remaining on a billing cycle
• Purchases made in error (wrong IP, wrong product, or duplicate order)
• Service interruption caused by the upstream vendor, your server, or your network

Why there is no refund

A license is a digital good tied to an IP address. The moment EasyConfig (or another upstream) creates or binds that license, we have incurred a non-reversible cost. Indian consumer rules for digital delivery of instantly consumed software licenses are applied here as a strict no-refund policy. By paying, you accept this policy.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after a completed license or wallet credit is a breach of our terms of service. We may suspend the account, pause licenses, and contest the dispute with payment records.

Confirm the product, billing cycle, and server IP. Read prices on the pricing page. If you are unsure, email adzcityinfo@gmail.com first. Questions after purchase are support tickets, not refund requests.
